Job Position: Fashion Marketing Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive with a strong background in fashion marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion trends, a keen eye for the best-selling and trending styles, and a proven ability to manage social media marketing campaigns. This role also requires public relations (PR) skills to help shape and promote the brand’s public image, manage media relations, and collaborate with influencers to increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with influencers, media, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Trend Analysis & Product Sourcing:
Source and curate the best-selling, seasonal, and trending fashion items in a timely and efficient manner. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify key products to feature for each season.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee. This includes developing content, running ads, and promoting seasonal campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
Influencer Marketing & PR:
Identify, liaise with, and manage relationships with influencers to promote products and campaigns. Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives. Additionally, develop and execute PR strategies to elevate the brand’s image through media coverage, press releases, and events. Work with media outlets, bloggers, and journalists to secure press opportunities and brand mentions.
Public Relations & Brand Awareness:
Drive initiatives to enhance the brand’s visibility and public image through PR efforts. Manage media outreach, press releases, and respond to media inquiries. Organize events or product launches, collaborating with influencers and partners to generate buzz and increase exposure.
Content Creation & Strategy:
Work with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for social media platforms. Develop engaging and on-brand content that resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Management & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and PR initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed reports on campaign results, suggesting optimizations as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches. Collaborate with PR agencies and influencers to ensure cohesive messaging.
Bilingual Communication:
Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage feedback in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Maintain clear communication with influencers, media, suppliers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns, influencer marketing, PR efforts, and driving online sales.
Skills:
Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee.
Strong PR skills, including media relations, press releases, and event coordination.
Experience working with influencers, including influencer identification, outreach, and campaign management.
Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese.
Proficient in social media advertising, content creation, and analytics tools.
Creative and strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is a plus.
