Job Description

Job Title: Singapore Women’s Fashion Operations & Marketing Specialist

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: Singapore Market Director / Brand Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis & Product Strategy

• Conduct in-depth research on Singapore’s women’s fashion market, analyzing trends, consumer preferences, and demand dynamics.

• Continuously monitor peers in the minimalist women’s fashion industry to provide product selection and pricing recommendations.

• Regularly prepare market analysis reports to support inventory decisions and adjustments in product strategy.

2. Advertising & Social Media Marketing

• Develop and implement advertising content strategies for platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook/TikTok Ads to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Analyze trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu to devise content promotion strategies aligned with the brand’s minimalist style.

• Plan and execute various social media marketing campaigns to increase brand exposure and boost user engagement.

3. Content Planning & Visual Aesthetic Oversight

• Research popular video styles on TikTok and Instagram to formulate short-form content strategies for the brand.

• Oversee the quality of all visual content, ensuring that all images and videos reflect the brand’s high-end minimalist style.

• Coordinate with the China-based content team to produce stylish videos and promotional materials that accurately convey the needs of the Singapore market.

• Write product copy and video descriptions to optimize marketing messages and improve conversion rates.

4. Data Analysis & E-commerce Platform Operations

• Monitor performance data on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, analyzing sales performance, best-selling products, and customer behaviors.

• Utilize data insights to optimize promotional activities, pricing strategies, and product selections, thereby driving sales growth.

• Track advertising performance through A/B testing and continuously improve the return on marketing investment (ROI).

5. Cross-Department Collaboration & Exchange Learning

• Maintain effective communication with the China-based content team to ensure marketing materials meet the demands of the Singapore market.

• Assist with uploading product images and videos to the website and social media platforms; those interested can participate in exchange and learning sessions at the China headquarters.

• Coordinate online customer service (handled by the administrative assistant or designated staff) to enhance the overall customer experience.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of producing high-quality marketing copy and product descriptions (daily work is primarily conducted in English).

• Market & Industry Experience:

• Familiarity with the Singapore women’s fashion market and an understanding of local consumer behaviors and trends.

• Experience in social media marketing and managing e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Shopee, and Shopify.

• Skills & Attributes:

• Strong data analysis capabilities and market insight.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with both the local Singapore team and the China-based content team.

• A keen sense of fashion with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and a strong willingness to continuously learn.

• (Bonus) Experience in photography and video production, with the ability to create high-quality visual content that meets the brand’s aesthetic standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.

• Familiarity with TikTok live streaming and Xiaohongshu promotional strategies.

• Experience in the fashion industry or with local minimalist women’s fashion brands.
