Job Description

The Account Manager acts to serve the client in all digital management matters – this includes working with the director to develop budget, media, content and timelines that formulate into creating a successful, well thought out plan for key accounts. Continuous effective and timely communication is a vital trait.

We are looking for candidates with the right DNA to be part of our team! You will be responsible to manage ongoing projects from our key accounts while helping the team grow the agency business.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Business

  1. Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring collaboration runs smoothly and high-quality results are delivered.
  2. Lead mid-sized projects and campaigns independently with minimal oversight.
  3. Keep projects on schedule by managing timelines and budgets effectively.
  4. Oversee the financial health of projects, including budgeting, scope management, and involvement in P&L and forecasting discussions.
  5. Spot and act on new business opportunities when they arise.

Client Management

  1. Be the go-to person for working team on client side, helping them manage day-to-day tasks, challenges, and expectations.
  2. Manage client expectations and address project delivery issues promptly and efficiently.
  3. Know when to escalate issues to supervisors before they grow into larger problems.

Creative

  1. Own the creative brief for small and mid-sized projects.
  2. Identify strong and weak creative work, offering suggestions for improvement.
  3. Confidently present and sell smaller campaign ideas to clients.
  4. Stay updated on industry best practices and award-winning work to enhance the creative approach.

Strategy

  1. Understand client marketing goals and brand strategies to support the strategy team or guide junior staff.
  2. Contribute your perspective in strategy discussions and provide valuable insights.
  3. Stay informed on industry trends and their impact on both client and business objectives.
