About the Role
As our Fashion Business Executive, you’ll get a front-row seat to the world of fashion entrepreneurship. This is a multi-faceted role where you’ll be actively involved in everything from e-commerce to content, operations to retail — working closely with the founder and team to grow Jaedals into a household name.

You will:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media content, newsletters, and TikTok strategies
Support day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, order fulfilment, inventory updates
Interact with customers in our Orchard retail space to understand their preferences and drive in-store sales
Coordinate with vendors, manage samples and production logistics
Help shape new product launches, content shoots, and retail experiences

Who You Are

Passionate about fashion, retail, and digital culture
Naturally curious, hands-on, and hungry to learn how a real brand is built
You have a good eye for content and enjoy crafting stories through social or design
Comfortable being both creative and organised — no task is too big or small
You want to grow in a brand that values integrity, fun, and purpose
