Job Title: Marketing & Content Executive (Fashion, Social & Retail)
For the one who eats, sleeps, and dreams in reels, trends, and killer ideas.
The Role
This is not your average marketing job. We want someone who thrives in the chaos of creativity, understands how marketing moves the needle, and is just as comfortable brainstorming big campaigns as they are filming, posting, and selling. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the founder to drive brand awareness, sales, and vibes across our digital and physical spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and execute monthly social media calendars across IG, TikTok, and more
Conceptualise and create highly engaging, on-brand content (IGS, reels, campaigns, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
Plan and strategise brand promos and marketing campaigns that excite and convert
Write captions, EDMs, and collaborate with our designer on visuals
Track, measure, and optimise performance to hit targets
Be present on-ground — help with in-store ops, talk to customers, live the brand
Collaborate with retail and ops team to make sure everything is aligned, seamless, and impactful
