Are you tech-savvy and passionate about digital content creation? We’re on the lookout for someone like you to join our team on a part-time basis as a Livestream Technical Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals looking to earn some extra income while diving into the exciting world of livestreaming.

Role Overview

Stream Preparation: Get everything ready for each livestream, ensuring smooth sailing.

Operational Expertise: Use tools like VMix and YouTube Live to support our livestreaming efforts.

Rehearsal Participation: Join in rehearsal sessions to ensure our live events go off without a hitch.

Live Event Execution: Oversee technical aspects during livestreams to deliver a seamless experience.

Post-Event Management: Help prepare video-on-demand content after the livestream wraps up.

What expertise you need

• Tech Enthusiasts: If you love technology and digital media, you’re in the right place.
• Bonus Points: Prior knowledge of VMix and simple scripts is a plus, but if you’re new to them, we provide training.
• Cool Under Pressure: Able to troubleshoot network issues and keep your cool when things get hectic.
• Clear Communicators: Comfortable with virtual presentations and crystal-clear communication.
• Commitment: Can commit to a schedule of at least once a month, with schedules planned in advance.
• Appreciation of the Industry: Appreciation of production workflow, including video animation, language translation and managing hybrid events will be advantageous.

Why you might not be a great fit

• Rigid Schedule: If you can’t commit to a fixed schedule, this role might not be the best fit. We require someone who is able to work on the committed dates (communicated in advance), and able to run the show independently.
• Office Travel: Travelling to the office (located in Sembawang), is not something you want to do. We have a dependable fall back internet system and the show will be run more reliably in this manner. If you cannot imagine travelling to the office to run the show, this might not be a good fit for you.
• Process-Oriented: Unable to follow well documented processes. We’ve got processes in place, and we need someone who can follow them well.
