Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create engaging and visually stunning motion graphics that connect with our audiences. You’ll work closely with our team to turn ideas into animated visuals that bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to create motion graphics that meet project goals, delivering on time and up to our high standards.
• To design and animate eye-catching 2D and/or 3D motion graphics for videos, websites, presentations, and social media.
• Utilise industry-standard software to craft dynamic animations and visual effects. Experience with AR/VR/XR virtual productions is an added advantage.
• Experiment with different creative techniques, tools and mock-up and prototype ideas quickly.
• Be involved in production planning, estimate project timelines, and make sure deadlines are met
• Stay current with the latest trends in motion design, including how AI is being used in post-production, while always looking to sharpen your skills.
• Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, promotional and
  digital activations

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in motion graphics, animation, visual effects, or a related field, plus hands-on experience as a Motion Graphics Designer. A strong portfolio is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC After Effects is a must, and experience with 3D software like Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max, blender is a big bonus. Skills in Unreal Engine and virtual production knowledge are a nice-to-have.
• Have a passion for emerging technology, especially in the areas of mobile apps and social media
• A team player, being able to  participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• A self-starter with a positive attitude
• To independently work in a structured and organised manner
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organised, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication skills, working well with a team but also comfortable taking ownership of a project from start to finish.
