• 2+ years in Crypto/DeFi

• Existing industry network

• Strong communication & ability to drive ecosystem growth

• Build strategic partnerships across DeFi (DEXs, LPs, Institutions)

• Help shape tokenomics, product-market fit, and GTM

• Be part of a security-first movement in Web3
