Job Description
We are seeking highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Managers to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This pivotal role is responsible for the seamless day-to-day management and success of a portfolio of client accounts, working collaboratively with another Account Manager. You will be the central point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring exceptional client service, smooth operational flow, the successful achievement of client objectives, and the translation of client business needs into inspiring creative solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of account servicing, excellent communication skills, the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues, and a knack for understanding client goals and articulating them effectively for the creative team. Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive Account Management: Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, working in tandem with the account servicing team to ensure all aspects of client relationships are managed effectively
- Client Need Translation: Possess a strong ability to understand and interpret client business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience insights.
- Creative Brief Development: Translate client needs and strategic direction into clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs that provide the creative team with the necessary information and direction to develop effective solutions.
- Centralized Communication Hub: Be actively looped into every client-related email communication, calendar invitation, call, and meeting involving your assigned accounts and the broader team.
Proactive Information Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of all account activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring you are always informed and prepared. - Internal Timeline Management: Establish clear internal timelines for all project stages and proactively monitor progress to ensure deadlines are consistently met by the internal team.
- Account Servicing Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for all account servicing inquiries and issues, including payment inquiries, timeline adjustments, and any challenges outside of creative execution.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and trusted relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within the agency.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with creatives to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client goals.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications, agreements, and project statuses.Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to understand client business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and effective creative briefs.
- Strong understanding of creative development processes and the ability to effectively communicate creative direction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Slack or Monday
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
