$2200 - $2600 / month
Salary Scheme 1.    You will receive a gross salary per month. 2.    Your salary will be credited into your bank account on the last day of every month for the entire month. 3.    In addition to your salary, you will be entitled to be a commission of 1% to 2 % ($300 to $2000) of the project value subject to terms and condition. For each successfully closed deal, you will also be granted one additional day of leave, as approved by the company. 4.    You will be rewarded $100 for each project that receives a positive review from client this will determined by the company’s evaluation criteria.

Job Description

 

Working Hours

1.    Usual working hours are 8.30AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday excluding Singapore Public Holidays. It is however subject to change according to the convenience of clients. Please be aware that you may be required to work on Saturdays 8.30am to 12pm

2.    You will be entitled to overtime for:

Working beyond the usual hours of 8:30 am to 6:00 pm will be compensated at SGD 15 per hour. In addition, you will be provided with a SGD 15 dinner allowance and transport reimbursement (Grab) for travel back home. This applies only when prior approval to work overtime has been granted by your supervisor.
You will primarily be involved with design, development, and documentation. You will be required to draft, design and co-ordinate various aspects of any project in which the Employer is involved. Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

Participate in design discussions
Conduct design research and develop concepts
Source for material samples for presentation
Plan and co-ordinate projects independently
Supervise work in progress at project sites to ensure work is carried out as planned
Manage client relations and liaise between external parties
Handle social media e.g. Instagram/ Facebook and others
