Responsibilities
๐ Telemarketing & Lead Generation
โ Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing company products/services.
โ Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate appointments and conversions.
โ Maintain an updated database of contacts, ensuring effective pipeline management.
โ Handle objections and provide accurate product/service information professionally.
๐ค Business Development & Sales
โ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
โ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
โ Attend networking events, corporate meetings, and industry trade shows to generate leads.
โ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
๐ Reporting & Performance Tracking
โ Track call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance.
โ Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and business development activities.
Requirements
โ Experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales (preferred but not required).
โ Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
โ Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
โ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
โ Ability to multitask and handle client objections effectively.
โ Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a plus.
โ Fresh graduates are welcome! Training will be provided.
