Responsibilities
π Telemarketing & Lead Generation
β Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing company products/services.
β Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate appointments and conversions.
β Maintain an updated database of contacts, ensuring effective pipeline management.
β Handle objections and provide accurate product/service information professionally.
π€ Business Development & Sales
β Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
β Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
β Attend networking events, corporate meetings, and industry trade shows to generate leads.
β Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
π Reporting & Performance Tracking
β Track call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance.
β Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and business development activities.
Requirements
β Experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales (preferred but not required).
β Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
β Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
β Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
β Ability to multitask and handle client objections effectively.
β Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a plus.
β Fresh graduates are welcome! Training will be provided.
