Gain insights on the Beauty and Wellness scene, re-shape the current steoreotypical image of this industry, you know? Revolutionize how the content marketing works for all in this industry!
Come up with concepts for interesting and relevant content for our audience and execute by both writing yourself and using external writers to scale content production. Repurpose and repackage content based on the channel (e.g. Linkedin, email, website landing pages, SEO, Blogs, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube).
You have an understanding of what it takes to create engagement on social media, and you know the core principles of creating SEO-optimized content. Since we offer a niche tech software it will require a deep understanding of our customers, market and use-cases in order to produce relevant content – previous experience of content writing and/or product marketing for b2b tech startups will help you succeed in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop a deep understanding of AWHL’s full suite of product, customers, target industries, and competitors.
• Create and execute on a content strategy that aligns with our customer personas and use-cases.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and customer service, to create content.
• Work with external writers to scale content production, strong ability to act as an editor.
• Write content in the following categories
• SEO-optimised articles and landing page copy
• Customer case studies
• Thought leadership pieces and whitepapers
• Find subject matter experts and interview them for content
• Manage AWHL’s Linkedin page.
• Help develop sales enablement materials.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate content performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Min Diploma in mass communications, journalism or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Mandarin is a bonus.)
• At least 2 years of experience writing content for B2C brands
• Editorial experience in developing article outlines and reviewing articles preferred.
• Experience with both short (social media) and long format content (ebooks, whitepapers etc).
• Proficient in using WordPress
• Product Marketing and Copywriting experience are a big plus
• Good understanding of SEO principles.
• Good understanding of how Marketing funnels typically work
• Experience in backlink building is a plus
