Who We Are

We are a wardrobe essentials brand on a mission to create better garments for women: quality, considered, minimal. While our current collection is focused on maternity, we are gearing up to expand into general womenswear (i.e., non-maternity) and are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our small women-only team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You will assist in managing our brand’s presence on Instagram and TikTok, find and engage with influencers, and help bring fresh ideas to life through content creation and execution.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Assist in managing and growing our Instagram and TikTok channels.
    • Create, schedule, and post engaging content in line with our brand voice.
    • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages.
  • Influencer Outreach:
    • Research and identify potential influencers (globally) to promote our brand.
    • Create and manage a database of influencer leads.
    • Assist in developing and executing influencer collaborations and campaigns.
  • Content Creation:
    • Ideate and brainstorm content ideas that resonate with our target audience (moms and moms-to-be).
    • Draft creative briefs for photo and video shoots.
    • Assist in producing and editing video content for social media (including product showcases, tutorials, and brand stories).

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Basic video editing and design skills (familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
