The role:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a proven ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns across various channels and a strong understanding of social media marketing. This role requires a blend of creative skills and analytical abilities, with a focus on driving brand awareness and generating leads. Join our awesome team! (Snack obsession encouraged.)

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development & Execution: Conceptualize, design, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising (e.g. Linkedin ads), social media content, website content updates, email marketing and print materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, label design, catalogue). All work must adhere to established brand guidelines.

2. Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence, creating and managing a content calendar, scheduling posts and engaging with followers. This includes monitoring performance, tracking leads and producing quarterly performance reports.

3. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various marketing collaterals, including brochures, social media posts and website updates. Proficiency in graphic design and video creation is essential.

4. Website Maintenance: Maintain and update website content, including media and data.

5. Manage the product library efficiently.

6. Provide quarterly reports on marketing activities, including the monitoring and analysis of social media performance metrics and lead tracking for sales and marketing teams

7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

8. Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the company.

Qualifications:
● Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related design field.
● At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role.
● Proficiency in Adobe Suites and Creative Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and CapCut.
● Excellent graphic design and video creation skills.
● Strong understanding of social media marketing.
● Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Experience with Wix, Knowledge of SEO and SEM are an advantage
● Experience with digital advertising platforms like Linkedin
