Job Description

OOm is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support OOm’s in-house marketing activities. Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Updating information on OOm’s website, various digital channels and marketing collaterals
  • Be responsible for tracking OOm’s marketing campaign performances, leads and budgets
  • Collating marketing statistics and reports
  • Assisting the creation of marketing collaterals (presentation slides, brochures, etc.)
  • Conducting market analysis and competitor research on the digital marketing sphere when required
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: 

  • A Diploma qualification
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related fields is preferred for this position. Fresh graduates with minimum part-time jobs or internship experiences are also welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Proficient with administrative tasks
  • Meticulous and have an eye for detail
  • A team player (to liaise with internal stakeholders)
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Takes ownership of allocated tasks

NOTE: While OOm is a digital marketing agency, this role does not involve working on clients’ accounts, but it is an in-house role supporting the agency’s own marketing activities. Also note that this role does not involve the actual planning of marketing campaigns, as it is an entry-level  supporting role and a large portion of the tasks are administrative/operational. However, from being part of an established digital marketing agency,  you will receive exposure to a wide spectrum of marketing activities and learning opportunities in various fields of digital marketing to B2B marketing.
