Job Overview:
As a vital part of the marketing team, the Senior Graphic Designer will be instrumental in creating high-quality, creative visuals that align with OOm Institute’s marketing and branding goals. You will work across both digital and print media, designing marketing collateral, supporting sales initiatives, and managing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing objectives and a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit. Your designs will play a key role in effectively communicating messages and driving results across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Design: Partner with the marketing team to develop high-quality designs for a wide range of digital marketing initiatives, including social media content, marketing collateral, and event materials for roadshows and other promotions.
- Strategic Alignment: Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure all designs are in harmony with the overall marketing strategy, adhere to brand guidelines, and support sales objectives.
- Conceptual Development: Take charge of the design process by proposing and creating conceptual design proposals, guiding projects from initial creative ideas through to final execution.
- Artwork Refinement: Review and amend existing artwork, ensuring that final layouts are polished and effective. Implement necessary changes to enhance overall design quality.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on current trends within the education sector to ensure our designs resonate with the target audience and align with the company’s offerings.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing a variety of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, roadshow fixtures, and sales-driven promotional materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint Design
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI, and the ability to produce cohesive designs across digital and print media.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful work.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
