Job Description
· Performing basic front desk duties like attending to walk in customers, answering email, text, phone or appointment booking inquiries in a professional manner and up to customer’s satisfaction
· Equipped with sales, customer service and skincare knowledge to educate customers on brand’s Products & Services
· Communicate and work closely with therapists on skin analysis & consultation with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
· Follow up with clients about their skin conditions and treatment progress
· Initiate and nurture steady relationships with all customers. Build rapport and establish good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention & loyalty.
· Promote & up-sell products, services, and package to maximize sales opportunities where possible
· Timely & accurate updates on reports
· Support in checking and managing store product inventories and requisition
· Perform counter duties such as POS system, cashiering, day-to-day store opening and closing procedures
· Handle feedbacks
· Maintain outlet’s tidiness and cleanliness
· All other reception and administrative duties as required including updating of staff leave & OT claims
Job Requirements:
peaks conversational English and Mandarin, with competent writing skills
· Well-groomed and presentable
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Good interpersonal skills and customer service attitude
· Possess team spirit
· Digitally proficient in both social media platforms and MS Office Application (Words/Excel/PowerPoint)
