Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to support the daily operations of Align Swim. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, loves logistics, and wants to be part of a growing sustainable swimwear brand. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurate, orders are fulfilled smoothly, and restocks are coordinated with care.

Responsibilities:
– Pick, pack, and fulfil online orders in a timely and accurate manner
– Maintain inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock
– Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
– Coordinate restocks and ensure product availability online and in-store
– Conduct regular stock counts and flag low-stock items
– Handle exchanges and returns, updating inventory records accordingly
– Support with operational planning for launches, pop-ups, and campaigns
– Liaise with couriers and manage delivery issues or logistics follow-ups
– Maintain overall tidiness and organization of warehouse/storage area
– Assist with basic administrative tasks related to logistics and operations

Who You Are:
– Meticulous and reliable — you have a sharp eye for detail and love ticking things off a list
– Organized and proactive — you like having systems and processes in place
– Physically able to handle packing, lifting, and stock movement (nothing extreme, but some lifting involved!)
– Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic inventory systems, and logistics tools
– Bonus: Prior experience in fulfilment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations

Working Arrangement:
Part-time options available
Based in Tai Seng area
Open to students or those looking to build experience in e-commerce operations
