We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (Roadshows) to manage and optimize OSIM’s roadshow operations in Singapore. You will take ownership of event planning, stakeholder coordination, and post-event analysis to boost brand exposure and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and map monthly roadshow schedules across Singapore.
- Collaborate with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams on roadshow concepts, including product mix, customer flow, and marketing focus.
- Align roadshow setups with ongoing marketing campaigns and ensure visual consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with malls to secure strategic spaces and marketing support.
- Submit layouts, stock orders, and ensure all required safety documents and compliance measures (e.g. fire safety, insurance, risk assessments) are in place for roadshow setups.
- Coordinate all roadshow logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate sponsorship of prizes or products with mall partners and ensure smooth prize fulfilment to winners.
- Activate and manage roadshow marketing communications and activities to drive traffic.
- Ensure all agreements, payments, and fair codes are prepared and processed on time.
- Monitor and manage roadshow budgets, P&L, product targets, manpower headcount, and expenses to ensure overall profitability.
- Track and update roadshow schedules, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Compile post-roadshow sales reports, gather feedback from Sales Managers, and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of roadshow performance and costs.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field is preferred
- Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
