Job Description

Client Account Executive/Producer (Photobooth)

  • Full Time
  • Includes allowances and bonuses
  • Work with known brands and client

This role offers a unique blend of creative conceptualisation, logistical planning, administration and client interaction in the exciting realm of photobooth production. The Photobooth Producer will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for clients and event attendees alike.

 

 

Location: Midview City

 

 

Monthly Salary:

  • Base: $2500 to $4000 (Depending on experience)
  • Monthly phone + transport allowance
  • 13 month guaranteed
  • Yearly performance bonus

 

Working Hours:

  • 930am to 530pm Monday to Friday
  • 40 hour work week
  • Flexible schedule is required in this job (to be on site at shoots/events)
  • Expected to work on some weekends & public holidays when needed
  • Flexible to work from home as and when needed

 

Job Description:

  • To assist the Client Servicing Manager to lead and grow the Photobooth segment of the business.
  • To assist in the coordination and servicing clients and ensure that the client’s objectives are being met
  • Point of contact for client communication internally and externally
  • Develop & deliver presentations and pitches to new clients
  • To be proactively involved in the creative conceptualization process and event management to help clients achieve their goals.
  • To manage the workflow with internal stakeholders and facilitate the timely completion of the projects undertaken.
  • To manage part time manpower needs
  • Issue quotes and invoices & assist with company expense recording
  • Social Media & Website Management

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least O Levels/Diploma
  • 1 to 2 years working experience is preferred
  • Experience working within a similar field i.e Events Management, Customer Service Management,
  • Account Management, Project Management, Client Account Management, Channel Management, Sales Management, Producer is an added advantage
  • Experience with Events will be added advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Individual needs to be independent, a good planner, organised, able to problem solve. Self driven, meticulous & proactive.
  • Ability and experience in managing people and situations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good coordinating skills and expected to do some traffic controlling
  • Some photography & design knowledge is an added advantage, but not necessary
  • Proficiency in photoshop and lightroom is not necessary but an added advantage.
  • Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
  • Interest in photography & events
  • Excellent personality, presentation and communication skills, and a desire to meet people
  • Applicants should be Singaporean, PR, Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
