As an Senior Account Executive at Popper Asia, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving business growth. You will be the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal teams, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to help our clients achieve their goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading brands and contribute to the success of our clients' marketing initiatives.
In general, typical duties that you will be tasked with include:
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and recommendations to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish with the support of your managers, including management of budget and comms with clients and other stakeholders
• Logistics: and administrative approach and an understanding of BTL events and online events is essential to this role
• Vendor Management: Overseeing relationships with 3rd party partners, booking/ordering equipment and supplies needed for our events, creating, and maintaining documents tracking timelines and budgets, processing and tracking invoices and payments
• Presentations/Decks: Leading or assisting with creation of PowerPoint presentations used as pitch proposals, event recaps, or other deliverables for clients
• Research & Strategy: assisting with pitch process by contributing to brainstorms, concept ideation, industry trends/competitive research, and sourcing assets
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Job Description
Requirements:
Organized, outgoing, independent and responsible.
· At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
· A team Player who works well with cross-functional teams (creative, production, finance, etc.)
· Has a strong work ethic, thrives in a fun loving environment, enjoy creating great event engagements for our clients.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and self-manage commitments.
