Overview
The Client Success and Sales Specialist is a dynamic role designed to drive client satisfaction, engagement, and sales growth. This position offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate with a go-getter attitude to excel in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will play a critical role in onboarding and supporting clients, identifying sales opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in achieving business development goals by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Success Management
Onboarding and Implementation:
Guide new clients through platform registration, asset registration, and documentation submission.
Deliver tailored training sessions to ensure clients effectively utilize the platform for Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) issuance and other features.
Assist clients in setting up workflows for seamless platform integration.
Transition trial clients to subscription plans by demonstrating platform value.
Client Support and Engagement:
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain regular communication to provide updates on initiatives, product features, and progress.
Ensure clients maximize the platform’s value by aligning its usage with their business goals.
Monitor and manage client contract renewals in collaboration with the Business Development team.
Product Feedback and Development:
Gather and relay client feedback to the product team to advocate for improvements and new features.
Initiate enhancements based on user experience insights to improve platform usability and satisfaction.
2. Sales Development and Account Growth
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional products and services that align with their needs.
Build strong client relationships to promote account growth and increase revenue.
Collaborate with clients to customize solutions that address their evolving business challenges.
Sales Engagement:
Support the sales team by assisting in lead generation and qualification.
Participate in sales presentations, client demos, and proposal development to secure new opportunities.
3. Collaboration and Strategic Initiatives
Work closely with the Business Development, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver client-centric solutions.
Support senior management in identifying and implementing sales and success initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
Requirements for the Role
Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability, or a related field.
Recent graduate with a passion for client success and sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn.
Proficient in English, with an additional Asian/ASEAN language being a plus.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Generative AI tools.
Flexibility and a positive mindset to adapt to evolving business needs.
Compensation: SGD 3,000 – 4,500 per month
