Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. As a full-time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Provide basic product information and support with purchases
- Help with merchandising and display updates
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail area
- Support in-store promotions and marketing efforts
- Support ad-hoc retail tasks as needed

- Friendly, approachable, and confident with people
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Retail or customer service experience is a bonus
- Love for home decor and aesthetic products is a bonus
