About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for passive sales conversion and project management. Your primary focus will be to engage with incoming leads, guide them through the sales process, and oversee project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or solutions.
Sales Conversion: Cultivate relationships with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales by understanding client retail design needs.
Prepare and present tailored proposals using Sketchup.
Project Management: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage orders from start to finish.
Ensure timely delivery and installation of projects.
Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with retailers, brand owners, interior designers, and residential clients.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement of products and services.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, account management, or project coordination (experience in retail or interior design sectors is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
