Job Description

We are currently looking for a Content Creator/Video Editor Intern who is currently pursuing or has graduated from Film/Media production or any other related field of studies. As a Content Creator/Video Editor Intern, you will be working closely with the Production Lead and other departments to create content and edit various client videos. These projects range from internal Ethos content to client’s corporate shoots and social media contents.

During your time with us, you’ll gain invaluable experience in the following areas:

  • Understanding Creative Development: Learn how compelling creative ideas are developed and implemented.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Learn to identify and address issues that arise during production, such as finding solutions to bring complex ideas to life.
  • Client Interaction: Experience working with clients to understand their needs, take feedback, and adjust content accordingly.
  • On-Set Experience: Participate in shoots, learning different camera work and scene coordination.
  • Post-Production: Learn how and when to apply motion graphics, transitions, and sound editing to enhance concepts in the editing phase.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the relevant departments to ideate and create content for Ethos and our clients.
  • Assist Production Lead with coordinating and managing video projects(pre-prod. to post-prod.).
  • Be comfortable with shooting, reviewing and adjusting composition settings and audio levels on the go.
  • Help with all duties for post-production which includes media ingesting, editing etc..
  • Organize and maintain necessary project assets, ensuring that files are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.

Job requirements:

  • English spoken, Mandarin is not necessary but a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of videography.
  • An eye for art direction.
  • Experience with social media platforms and video content creation.
  • Basic understanding of video production processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
