Job Description
Responsibilities (Marketing – 70%)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage social media channels including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels
- Manage website content and ensure it is up-to-date
Responsibilities (Training – 30%)
- Deliver training programs based on specific client needs
- Facilitate training sessions in a dynamic and engaging manner
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimally a Diploma in Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for training and development (a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
