Job Description
The Junior Art Director is responsible for the visual creation of advertising campaigns, including print, TV and collateral material. This includes establishing the conceptual and stylistic direction for clients’ projects and orchestrating the work of production artists, photographers, illustrators, pre-press technicians, printers and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project.
You need to have the imagination, drive and enthusiasm for producing industry-leading work.
Key Responsibilities
·      Develop creative concepts and ideas with copywriter for campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.) that align with the Client’s brand and goals.
·      Gain an understanding of the target audience and business that the advertisement is aimed at.
·      Create visually engaging designs for a range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, digital assets, social media graphics, and website visuals.
·      Good team player and with other departments to develop cohesive and effective visual storytelling for campaigns.
·      Ensure quality of creative output from client presentations through production
·      Work on location.
Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications
·      Confidence in presenting your team’s idea in internal, client and production briefing meeting
·      Expertise in AI tools and software for art creation, such as Firefly, Midjourney or similar platform
·      Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Junior Copywriter
Scope
The Junior Copywriter takes on an entry-level role which includes developing concepts and writing copy across a broad range of projects; however, would be closely overseen by a more senior level copywriter.
Primary Responsibilities
– Daily responsibilities include working with an art director to generate and execute creative concepts for campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.) that align with the Client’s brand and goals.
– Researching, creating, and writing copy for creative concepts from draft stage through final copy.
– Amend, revise or redevelop advertisements or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients
– Work on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
– Good team player and with other departments to develop cohesive and effective visual storytelling for campaigns.
– Ensure quality of creative output from client presentations through production
– Work on location.
Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications
– Highly creative and imaginative
– Confidence in presenting your team’s idea in internal, client and production briefing meeting
– Familiarity with generating content using Technology tools
– Able to work under pressure
