Job Description

    You will be part of a team that develops and implements communication strategies across the Club’s communication channels. Your role will be crucial in keeping members informed, engaged and aligned with our organisational goals. This includes taking big ideas to create and execute across the Club’s communication channels, such as Meta, eDMs, Telegram and company website. You will help to develop and implement the Club’s communication collaterals, such as write ups, photos, short/long-form videos, website updates, EDMs and Quarterly E-Newsletters, ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive approach to strategic communication initiatives.

Job Scope

  • Develop and create key messages, FAQs, announcements, notices where required
  • Edit and review all content for marketing and event materials
  • Co-develop content calendar and content for the Club’s website and social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Telegram
  • Update social media channels, email blasts, website, and respond to members’ enquiries promptly
  • Work with the Communications Executive to develop and implement a communications-related digital strategy to grow awareness of the Club and engage members
  • Liaise with other departments to formulate responses to feedback in a timely manner
  • Timely update of posters on digital signage
  • Collate, develop content and execute design layout for the Club’s quarterly e-Newsletter
  • Provide photo and videography support where required
  • Assist in note taking during committee meetings and disseminate information to key stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Carry out any other duties assigned


  • Working knowledge of drag and drop editors such as mailchimp or brevo
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • A keen eye for photography, videography and flair for storytelling
  • Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Preferably familiar with visual and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Photoshop
  • Preferably familiar with Meta Business Suite
  • Preferably with experience in a similar role in recreations, hospitality or agency
