We believe in the power of design to tell stories, build a community, and push boundaries. We’re seeking a Creative Designer to join our squad and help bring our vision to life in the most dynamic way possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the visual identity of TMBH by creating stunning graphic designs, logos, and branding materials that speak to our unique vibe.
- Be the mastermind behind web design—crafting a digital experience that’s just as fresh as our bagels.
- Collaborate with the team to bring exciting ideas to life across various campaigns, from social media content to in-store assets.
- Stay ahead of the curve in design trends, always keeping an eye on the streets for inspiration to elevate our look.
- Create visuals that connect with our audience on a deeper level, telling the story of TMBH through every design.
Take charge of TMBH campaigns and work with the commercial team to ideate and executeWho You Are: - A creative wizard with a passion for design, typography, and all things visual.
- An expert in Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in web design (bonus points for experience with UX/UI).
- A trendsetter with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail that doesn’t miss a beat.
- Someone who loves collaborating—whether it’s bouncing ideas with the team or working with other creatives.
- A natural at bringing together creativity and strategy, knowing how to make designs work for the brand and its audience.
Qualifications:
Proven skills in Creative Design, Graphic Design, and Branding.
Web Design experience (bonus points for hands-on web dev skills!).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or an equivalent amount of awesome experience).
