Job Scope:- Responsible for the overall project management, planning, design and execution.- Administer all site works, including costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.- Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical and safety aspect are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements- Preparation of tender/quotation/drawings document- Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications- Liaise with client with regards to the project and follow up on new projects.

Requirements:- Diploma in Architecture or higher

.- Strong leadership, organisation and planning.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to work after office hours occasionally and under pressure to meet timeline of project.

Job Types: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 – $8,000.00 per month

Schedule: • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: • Yearly bonus + Commission + Performance Bonus
