Job Description
As a Production and Marketing Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our production and marketing teams in various aspects of content creation, project coordination, and promotional activities. This is a hands-on internship where you will be exposed to both creative and strategic processes, working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support:
- Assist in pre-production tasks such as scheduling, location scouting, and preparing production materials.
- Help set up and manage equipment during shoots (camera, lighting, sound, etc.).
- Assist the production team on set, providing logistical and administrative support during filming.
- Help with post-production tasks such as editing, reviewing footage, and organizing files.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure the smooth running of production schedules.
Marketing and Social Media Support:
- Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc.).
- Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote company projects.
- Research and identify trends in digital media, entertainment, and marketing strategies.
- Assist in drafting blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Support with influencer outreach, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Monitor and report on social media and campaign analytics.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain production calendars, project files, and marketing documents.
- Help with day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing and production operations.
- Assist in client and vendor communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Film Production, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in the entertainment, film, or digital media industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Previous internship or experience in production or marketing is a plus, but not required.
