Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and ensuring smooth integration.
– Support HR team with employee records management and HR documentation.
– Assist in organizing employee training programs and workshops.
– Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
– Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
– Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing administrative support related to employee relations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
– Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to work in a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
– Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
– Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
