Graphic, Video & Marketing Intern

Job Description

Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative intern to join our team and support in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and marketing execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience working with a boutique creative agency on exciting projects across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and wellness.

You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to bring concepts to life, support ongoing campaigns, and help elevate the agency’s brand and our clients’ online presence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic & Visual Content Creation
Design social media graphics, moodboards, stories, and layouts for Instagram/TikTok
Create presentation decks, lookbooks, and marketing assets
Support the design of emailers, event collaterals, and client-facing visuals
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
2. Video Editing & Short-Form Content
Edit and assemble short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and stories
Source reference materials and assist in basic motion graphics if applicable
Assist in repurposing existing content into engaging snippets
Help storyboard or script short clips when required
3. Marketing & Social Support
Assist in content planning for clients and in-house brand accounts
Conduct research and pull references for campaign ideas, captions, and layouts
Support social media execution including basic scheduling, link generation, etc.
Help organise brand assets and maintain content libraries

What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar)
Familiarity with short-form video trends on TikTok and Instagram
Interest in marketing, content, and social media
A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand alignment
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Bonus: Copywriting or social captioning skills
