Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our campaign team. If you have 2-3 years of agency experience in the field of advertising/design comms and want to make great work happen as part of a local independent agency, we want to talk to you. This is your chance to work on national level campaigns with a ready pool of clients, with a dynamic team that’s all for shaking up the market.
Core Responsibilities
• Responsible for all project-related client communications including timelines, costings, email liaisons, contact reports, and quality of deliverables
• Responsible for all project-related internal coordination including clear job briefs, arranging for alignment meetings, planning/adjusting timelines, budget and resource requirements, and managing client’s expectations.
• Clearly and effectively communicate client’s goals/objectives as well as requirements and interests to the team.
• Liaise with client in delivering work, in a way that represents and communicates the team’s ideas, recommendations and proposals in a professional and accurate manner.
• Able to generate coherent and professional presentation decks, and submission documents
• Work closely with the project team to maintain continuous communication of project status in order to identify potential issues and/ or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensure that client concerns and issues are addressed in a professional and efficient manner, informing Account Director of any problems that may arise;
• Acquire good understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client;
• Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and enquiries on a weekly basis=
• Maintain the Account Servicing team archive library
Qualifications
Related qualifications in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communication and related disciplines.
At least 2 years of agency experience as an account executive or project manager
Able to manage and collaborate with co-workers across various teams
Proficient in writing briefs, client management, written, verbal & presentation skills, analytical skills, people management
Proficient in writing briefs, developing decks and client/people management
Critical Success Factors
Good understanding of comms, advertising and campaign strategy
Good awareness of market/tech trends and consumer insights.
Optimistic, resourceful, motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving, people management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of the team.
Proficient in AI apps (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Microsoft Autopilot, etc).
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Workspace (Office, Team, Planner, Loop, etc).
