Splash Productions is looking for an Account Manager to join our campaign team. Core responsibilities

  • Responsible for all project-related client-facing comms (timelines, costings,, email liaisons etc)
  • Manage and drive all project-related comms and coordination in order to deliver work in a consistently professional and efficient manner. This includes writing clear and thoughtful job briefs, planning timelines, and managing resource requirements.
  • Effectively service client in terms of managing feedback, understanding requirements, building confidence and rapport, and providing counsel and support
  • Effectively deliver work in a manner that best represents the agency’s ideas and thinking in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that client as well as agency priorities and concerns are addressed in a professional and efficient manner, informing Account Director of any problems that may arise.
  • Support in securing opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Job requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in account management in the advertising/creative comms field
  • Proven track record of running campaigns and managing clients
  • Competent in creative brief development, planning and coordination, doing quotes, and all other account management duties
  • Exceptional communication skills ie Negotiation skills; comprehension and thinking skills; written, verbal & presentation skills; analytical skills; people management
  • Meticulous, thorough and resourceful
  • Experience in servicing public service clients and seeing through end-to-end campaigns from pitch to delivery and post-campaign stages is a plus
