Job Description

 

  • Strategically understand clients’ needs to deliver solutions that fulfil brand communications objectives

 

  • Carry out market research in order to achieve the desired communication objective

 

  • Participate and contribute to brainstorming sessions with art directors and copywriters to develop and execute unique brand message and visual

 

  • Conceptualize, develop and execute original, and strategically-sound creative concepts and ideas across a full range of design communication channels

 

  • Execute brand communications collaterals across a spectrum of above and below the line materials

 

  • Explore AI applications to enhance design and workflow processes.

 

  • Develop and recommend interactive e-publications that cater to e-reading habits and behaviors.

 

  • Develop competency in print production knowledge and able to attend press checks independently to assess print quality and provide solutions should problems arise.

 

  • Develop knowledge and skills on photography art direction, and work with photographer and talents during shoots, to produce excellent images that meet clients’ requirement.

 

  • Support account managers with client engagement and offer creative solutions when needed.

 

  • Actively engage in traffic management processes, contribute to defining best practices, and use digital workspace apps to optimize workload.

 

  • Maintain a positive presence and foster cohesion both within and across teams.

 

  • Ensure the creative team (designers, illustrators, motion artists) consistently adheres to the approved art direction and visual standards

 

  • Lead concept development and provide hands-on creative support

 

  • Liaise with both internal and external designers, freelancers, and production partners to ensure all visual elements are aligned with the intended art direction.

 

  • Review and provide feedback on creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence.

 

  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining visual integrity across all touchpoints while adapting to client-specific needs or evolving briefs.
