Job Description


Are you a copy geek that’s as apt with editorial pieces and content planning, as you are with integrated and online campaigns? Like distilling hot-button topics and issues and turning them into clear and compelling content? Hungry for new challenges with exciting clients, a diverse portfolio, as well as a ready stream of work? Say no more: Splash is hiring.

We’re looking for versatile and talented copywriters/content managers with at least 5 years agency experience in editorial writing, content marketing, integrated campaigns, and design comms. Got the chops? Then get in touch.


Develop editorial and content for campaigns

  • Develop and execute through-the-line concepts and ideas for campaigns across various relevant touchpoints (digital, ATL & BTL)
  • Conduct research to gather insights and understand client, target audience, and market
  • Collaborate with the team to generate the ‘big idea’ ie on-brief and compelling creative approaches, concepts and copy

Advance copywriting content

  • Plan/manage content, write copy, undertake copy editing and drive content management across platforms including social platforms, blogs, publications, below-the-line collateral and digital
  • Conduct editorial review to ensure impeccable language, spelling and grammar
  • Review that the content complies with brand guidelines, aligns with larger campaign concepts and achieves communication objectives

Manage and roll out campaigns

  • Create copy, content and and marketing ideas in partnership with internal stakeholders (especially design directors, account managers)and, when necessary, external stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with various departments to create and execute work for various clients
  • Collaborate with various teams in design, art and others for content development


Related qualifications in Mass Communications, Advertising, Social/Digital Marketing would be great but not critical. A solid editorial, publications and campaign-centric portfolio matters more.


  • Impeccable editorial standards and high standards of professionalism in content management, writing, planning and editing
  • Able to think strategically across different media platforms and translate strategic thinking into innovative yet relevant communication solutions
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Meet challenging deadlines and solve ‘problems’ in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment
  • Able to actively and positively contribute to brainstorms, work discussion and meetings
  • Willingness to actively display and live the company mission and core values ie BE PART OF THE TEAM, BE CURIOUS, BE A PROBLEM SOLVER
