Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Work with project managers to crack the creative brief
- Research and think strategically to understand client’s needs in order to deliver creative solutions that effectively meet communications objectives and are in line with client’s brand intent, guidelines and messaging
- Work closely with copywriters and other design-based creatives to develop and execute creative concepts
- Conceptualize, set direction, develop and execute original, innovative and strategically-sound creative concepts and ideas across the full range of design communication channels
- Provide art direction for graphic design and layout for social media/digital (ATL/BTL where necessary) ranging from static, animation, photography and video productions
- Possess nurturing capabilities, to guide junior creatives
- Participate in the entire production process to ensure quality and integrity of final product (print, video or digital productions)
- Leadership and management skills will be an asset
