Splash is looking for a Social Media Account Manager that can develop content, write, manage comms and be part of a range of work from nationwide campaigns to direct activation pieces.

  • Responsible for all project-related client communications including timelines, costings, email liaisons, contact reports, and quality checks of deliverables.
  • Responsible for project-related internal coordination including clear and thoughtful job briefs, arranging for debriefs and alignment meetings, planning & tracking timelines, budget and resource requirements, and managing client’s expectations.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate client’s goals/objectives as well as requirements and interests to the team.
  • Liaise with client in delivering work in a manner that best represents the agency’s ideas, recommendations and thinking in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Able to generate and deliver accurate, coherent and professional presentation decks, quotes and submission documents.
  • Work closely with the project team to maintain clear communication of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Ensure that client as well as agency priorities and concerns are addressed in a professional and efficient manner, informing Account Director of any problems that may arise
  • Acquire good understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
  • Provide regular updates on account and lead management activities, including project status and enquiries.
  •  Maintain the Account Servicing team archive library.
  • Support in securing opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Support in business development eg support in producing proposals, generating quotes and providing counsel to client.
