Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver client-focused solutions.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications based on client requirements.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of deployment processes on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an IT consulting environment or with diverse clients.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
