We’re looking for a Retail & Operations Managerto join our team. In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the customer experience and overseeing operations across our Singapore flagship store and partner locations in Singapore.
You’ll collaborate closely with our founder and India HQ team to ensure we deliver on our brand promise, while driving operational excellence and store performance.

What You’ll Do:
As the Retail & Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of both the strategic and operational aspects of our retail presence, ensuring the highest standards across all locations.
Here’s how:
Retail Operations & Strategy:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize store performance and meet/exceed KPIs.
Implement and maintain operational frameworks for inventory, replenishment, and overall store health.
Work closely with the HQ team on sales strategy, inventory movement, and operational excellence.
Customer Experience :
Curate and refine the in-store customer journey to ensure a seamless and memorable brand experience.
Lead and inspire part-time retail staff to provide exceptional service and foster positive morale.
Directly engage with customers, always elevating their shopping experience.
Merchandising & Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory health, ensuring stock levels are optimised across all locations.
Perform regular stock audits, resolve discrepancies, and improve inventory processes.
Oversee visual merchandising to ensure all displays are aligned with Sui’s aesthetic, both in-store and at partner locations.
Marketing & Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing team to implement store-level initiatives that drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate on content curation alongside the founder and HQ team.
Manage store budgets and operational costs.
Customer Order Management:
Manage and fulfil customer orders, ensuring smooth packing and timely delivery, including online and made-to-order items.
Partnerships & MBO Management:
Identify and develop relationships with key partners and manage all aspects of contracting, accounts, and follow-ups to grow our portfolio.
Additional Responsibilities:
Curate and manage events (pop-ups, exhibitions, collection launches) – including logistics and setup.
Build and maintain media, influencer, and PR relationships along with founder and HQ team.
Conduct seasonal analysis and market research to refine strategies and drive growth.
Oversee day-to-day logistics and operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for fashion and sustainability. Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in retail or fashion marketing/operations. Design and clothing knowledge is extremely beneficial.
Leadership: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead teams effectively.
Organisation: A knack for multitasking, excellent time management, and the ability to balance strategic goals with daily operations.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
