Purpose-Driven Marketer for Conscious Business

About Us:

We are looking for a purpose-driven Marketing Associate who is both strategic and hands-on, with the drive to constantly learn and improve. This role is about constantly identifying and implementing ideas and strategies to amplify SACRED’s content, messages and offerings, and bring them out to the people who need it most.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential audiences for SACRED, Brand Kavitha & Brand Kester, and strategise how to reach them.
  • Map and optimize customer journeys and UI/UX touchpoints.
  • Plan and build marketing funnels, including content, lead magnets, social media DM and email templates.
  • Write compelling email campaigns and manage marketing calendars.
  • Assist with content creation across various platforms.
  • Analyse marketing performance, identifying why strategies work (or don’t) and improving them.
  • Set up and refine social media ads.
  • Work with vendors/team members (e.g. content, ads, SEO) to execute marketing strategies.

 

Candidate Qualities:

  • Purpose-driven, passionate about SACRED’s mission.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital trends.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore and Asian audiences and cultures.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Thinks big and is constantly looking to grow personally and professionally.
  • Enthusiastic to work as part of a conscious team and business, where members take responsibility for looking into their own shadows (unconscious behavioral patterns), and take responsibility for their own healing and growth.
  • Based in Singapore.
  • Willingness to complete a test task as part of the application process.
