Role Description

We are hiring a Freelance Medical Tourism Consultant to promote and coordinate international patient referrals and care.
In this remote, contract-based role, you will:

Connect with first caregivers, referring hospitals, and doctors whose patients require neurorehabilitation services.

Facilitate the referral process between the referring entity and our hospital team and rehab experts.

Assist patients and families with travel arrangements, visa support, accommodations, and rehab scheduling.

Market our health tourism and neurorehabilitation services to global clients.

Act as a liaison between patients and medical teams to ensure a seamless treatment journey.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with hospitals, doctors, caregivers, and patient families.

Create and manage customized medical travel packages.

Coordinate logistics: flights, lodging, local transport, medical appointments.

Provide guidance on medical procedures and documentation requirements.

Meet deadlines and budgets for client travel and treatment plans.

Maintain long-term relationships and provide follow-up support.
