IMMEDIATE VACANCY

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support (Level 1) to end-users, including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting hardware & software, OS (Linux/Windows/ Mac) and network issues.
  • Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and policies.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Support remote users through various communication channels, including phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics, Conduct Preventive Maintenance as specified and on schedule.
  • Dispatching IT equipment to remote users and other facilities.
  • Occasionally required to work after regular hours and or specific Stand-by duty, in line with the global business needs.
  • Perform overtime when required for Meetings, Projects roll-out, etc. due to the line of business.
  • Assist the support team, if needed, to perform 24×7 Stand-by (No Shift work is required).
  • Any other Technical related tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume, multi-tasking environments while remaining calm and poised under pressure.
  • Experience installing, configuring, Printers/Scanners and providing application support.
  • Experience providing Level 1 support for Network and System Administration
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Experience in server system administration platforms (server technologies, hardware) and networking technologies (routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, WiFi).
  • Understanding and basic knowledge of common end-user hardware (laptops, keyboards, printers, VoIP devices, mobile devices, USB devices, etc.)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) valuing customer oriented and cool temperament.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical Skills.
  • Priority will be given to local or P/R and able to smart immediately.
