Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Executive to support our daily
administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able
to work independently. You will assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and
efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., data entry, filing, document
preparation) - Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, or meetings
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma from polytechnics
- Prior administrative experience preferred but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
