Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Screen and respond to emails and calls professionally
  • Prepare reports, documents and presentations
  • Handle administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimally qualifications of GCE A-level and local diploma, undergraduates are welcomed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Exceptionally organising skills
