Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Screen and respond to emails and calls professionally
- Prepare reports, documents and presentations
- Handle administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimally qualifications of GCE A-level and local diploma, undergraduates are welcomed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to multitask
- Excellent communicative skills
- Detail-oriented
- Exceptionally organising skills
