Job Description
Position: Graphic Designer
Job Description:
– Collaborate actively in the conceptualisation, adaptation, visualisation, and execution of campaign-related design projects
– Study briefs, determine design requirements, schedule projects and conceptualise visuals based on the requirements
– Prepare design drafts, develop illustrations/graphics using relevant design software, test and apply graphics across various media (print and digital), and FA
– Ensure the timely delivery of all assigned tasks, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality with minimal supervision
– Foster close collaboration with team members to craft imaginative design solutions
– Work closely with the Marketing Director and Graphic Designer to achieve project objectives and deliver innovative and creative designs
– Demonstrate expertise in typography, layout, and composition to ensure that all design materials are visually captivating and easily comprehensible
– Responsibly handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– Possess a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
– Proven Graphic Design experience
– A compelling portfolio of graphic design projects must be presented
– Must be proficient and have necessary skills in operating design software applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
– Familiarity with 3D design and photography skills is considered an asset
– Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Thrive in a team-oriented environment
– Able to work independently and with minimal supervision when required
– Be open to feedback and suggestions for improvement
– Excel in multitasking within a dynamic work environment
– Possess the ability to meet deadlines and excel in a fast-paced setting
– Demonstrate a passion for staying informed about design trends and emerging technologies
– Previous experience working in an events agency or events related job is preferred
– Shortlisted candidates must attend an in-person interview and complete a technical assessment (Adobe Illustrator)
