Job Description:

We are seeking a Media Relations & Film Production Executive who will enhance our visibility and showcase our innovative design projects through strong media relations and high-quality film production. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our projects, creating engaging content, and managing the production of video and photo materials that highlight our design philosophy and achievements.

Responsibilities:

  • Being actively involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production, including conceptualising, scripting, shot listing, scheduling and interview with homeowners & designers
  • Work with photographer and videographer to deliver high-quality creative work and oversee the whole production process
  • Work closely with our designers and homeowners to understand project details and highlight key elements in photography and video productions
  • Develop and implement media strategies that effectively convey our brand message and showcase our interior design projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, including industry magazines, press, blogs, and social media influencers
  • Monitor media trends within the interior design industry to leverage on emerging opportunities and create compelling contents for the brand
  • Assist in the production of website content, including blog articles and copywriting
  • Manage other ad-hoc marketing tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Diploma in Film Production, Broadcasting, Communications, or related fields preferred
  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in film production and media relations, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or related creative industries
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with media representatives and internal teams
  • Creative thinking and storytelling skills with a strong aesthetic sense
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus
  • Have a team-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and task-driven with positive attitude
