Job Description
Assistant producers could have a wide variety of responsibilities depending on the type of video campaigns the agency is working on. Some common responsibilities across most projects include:
- Preparing and distributing daily call sheets that explain the filming sequences as well as the actors and equipment required
- Ensuring the proper application of performers’ makeup and clothing
- Announcing the start and conclusion times of each shoot
- Identifying and reporting concerns that arise during filming to the director or account management team
- Managing screening and arranging the debut
- Running errands and collecting supplies
- Collaborating with the Creative Team and Account Management Team to create concepts and ideas
- Gathering project study, information and knowledge from accessible resources
- Hiring, coordinating and overseeing crew members and supervising production workers
- Coordinating set building and supervising the lighting and sound schemes
- Ensuring that the correct transmission of the video or audio parts
- Communicating progress updates
- Ability to work with art team to identify props and propose suitable props on site
- Able to start immmediately
- Possibility of txtension of contract
