Job Description
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
Develop and manage Internal Brand Team, existing brand growth, new brand(s) and marketing strategies and general marketing efforts for brands
Planning, executing and refining existing and new ideas to drive engagement and grow followers across all The Meatmen Group’s platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc
Leading the creation of engaging content (videos, blogs, posts) that reflects The Meatmen Group’s brand identity and promotes The Meatmen Group’s services
Strategise and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh, relevant content across all channels
Create and execute internal marketing campaigns that showcase The Meatmen Group’s capabilities and strengthen brand awareness, consistent tone, messaging, and branding across all internal communications and social media.
Monitor social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports on engagement, growth, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with creative teams to develop multimedia assets that support content strategies, and align with marketing goals.
Team Leadership and Collaborations:
Lead the internal marketing team and inspire a culture of collaboration and innovation
Foster a startup mindset, encouraging creativity and a proactive approach
Collaborate with sales, and product teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing efforts.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of overall marketing and strategies
