Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Creative Production & Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy, creative production, and social media presence. This is a full-time position and, in this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting engaging campaigns and visuals, overseeing production from ideation to execution, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. You will work closely with the team to produce engaging content and marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience.

 

Responsibilities

•      Social Media and Content Creation
•      Creative Production (Photoshoots, Video and Graphic Design)
•      Plan and execute content for social media (Instagram/TikTok), 6 days posts and IGstories
•      Creative production and ideation for launch photoshoots
•      Shoot photos and/or videos at shoots
•      Edit photos for listing (might be outsourced, not sure)
•      Edit videos for reels
•      Graphic design for campaign launch design collaterals (postcard, EDM and IG posts)
•      Manage creative team
•      Marketing collaborations
•      Collaborations with KOLs
•      Ads boosting for IG

Qualifications

•      Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premier Pro
•      Canva and Adobe AI (AI good to have)
•      Photography and Videography skills
•      Copywriting
•      Strong interest in the fashion industry and trends
•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•      Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
•      Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
•      Proficiency in Adobe software and knowledge of retail software is a plus
•      Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
